Books on getting babies to eat

DS is very reluctant to eat (have tried purees and blw) - I have been trying not to get too stressed about it and have been repeating "food is fun until they are one" to my self on a regular basis. DS is only one month away from his first birthday so think I need some advice on tactics to get him to eat more solids. Can anyone recommend a good book on this subject?

"My Child Wont Eat" by Carlos Gonzales (available from LLL) is very very very good - cant recommend it enough & having met & heard Dr Gonzales speak on various subjects last year have the utmost respect for him

My possibly not entirely appropriate recommendation would be the Food Our Children Eat - it's somewhat geared more to toddlers and older children than babies, but it's got some tips in it for weaning, too.
