my eight month old son doesnt like the seven month old food he spits it back out he will have finger food what can i try

at 8 months he can eat whatever you're eating (assuming no history of allergies in the family). just watch the salt content and avoid ready meal type things. he should have as little salt as possible, so don't be adding it to anything. their kidneys can;t deal with a lot of salt.
