Hi all - 2 quick questions I need help with please. Do I need to boil the cows milk that I put on my ds's cereal or can he have it straight from the fridge? Also, can he drink tap water yet or do I still need to give him cool boiled water? He is 8 months old.

i'm in the UK, if you're in joburg then i'm not sure if it differs.

Hi again - this is the first time I've posted anything and I didn't realise I'd get replies so soon - thanks!
Yes, I've been living in Johannesburg for just over a year and the tap water is safe to drink here - drank it throughout my pregnancy.

Make sure it's full fat milk though, as semi is unsuitable for under twos and skimmed unsuitable for under fives.
