Any advice most welcome. LO is nearly 7m and has been having purees for around a months, plus the occasional baby rice cake as trying to intro finger foods. Thing is she much prefers breastfeeding!

She is at nursery 3 days pw and at first I worried she wouldn't get enough milk as refuses a bottle and milk from a cup. However she eats reasonably OK there, has water and has a total of 4 breastfeeds a day, before and after nursery. So far so good.......but on the days she is with me, prefers to breastfeed than eat and boy is it a struggle. She is having breastmilk at 2 hourly intervals and so isn't that hungry when it comes to food. I have tried to drop feeds but she goes mad! When she does eat, will only have the equivalent of a small jar of babyfood - and really just likes sweet stuff!

Should I just go with the flow so to speak? Now she is nearly 7m was thinking about blw and just sticking stuff on her highchair tray.

Anyone think she is having too much milk?

i don't think babies can have too much milk, she sounds very normal to me... why don't you give the BLW a try and nix the purees, then you can forget about the amounts and make up the differences in milk?
