Baby won't eat eggs. Any tips for disguising eggs in good?

My 11 month old won't eat omelette, scrambled egg, egg sarnie, eggy bread... I've run out of ideas! He doesn't eat meat (but has fish) so I'm especially keen for him to eat this easy source of protein. Any tips? Thank you!

Pancakes or fritters?

Soft boiled with dippy soldiers? What about hard boiled, cut up and mixed in with some cheesy mash? (I've never tried that, it might be foul.)

Try the two ingredient banana pancakes - delicious and eggy without tasting like egg

Spanish omelette? If he has fish he's getting some protein there. Does he eat cheese or any beans? I used to cook lentils in a vegetable ragu sauce filled with vegetables and mix it with mash potato and dd used to love it. If your ds really does not like eggs I personally don't think you should worry about tricking him into eating them. He's not even one yet so most nutrition should be coming from his milk anyway.

Custard?

Scrambled egg mixed with Ella's Kitchen so he can't taste it.

We mix it up with baked beans - works a treat! They (twins) both spat it out before.

Why are you so keen for him to eat egg? There are plenty of other sources of protein.
I'd probably leave it for a bit and try again later

Savoury muffins.

I also mix hard boiled yolk into lentil sauce which I serve with pasta.

Thanks for your suggestions! Pancakes this weekend I think...
