Weaning help!!

Hi all.

My DD is 5.5 months and has been having solid foods for about 1.5 months (DD has bad reflux that's why we weaned so early), she has had and enjoys a variety of fruits and veggies, she is also having 2 meals a day.

What my question is can I give her cheese in a meal e.g cauliflower cheese, can I give it to her now or should I wait till she's 6+ months?

Thanks

We weaned DD1 early for the same reason but the HV recommended no cows milk, cheese, yogurt, eggs, bread until 6 months so we held off until then. For the sake of a couple of weeks I'd avoid it.
Is there a reason why you want to introduce it? (Ie is her weight gain ok?)

Her weight gain is fine. Just don't want her getting bored of having the same things. But I'm sure we can wait a few weeks. Thanks for your help.
