Hello, I have an 11 month old dd and we are down to two bottles a day. The health visitor told me to replace the afternoon bottle with a snack, such as fruit. Fine, however my dd eats fruit at breakfast, fruit at lunch and fruit and dinner time so I don't really want to give her yet more fruit! What does everyone else give for snacks? She has breadsticks and rice cakes but I was after some more inspiring ideas! Thank you.

Yoghurt, crackers, pancake, cheese, etc

Toast with soft cheese or peanut butter
Some veg instead of fruit
1/2 avocado
Cooked lentils rolled into balls

Anything you are feeding them really. We went through a stage of giving DD 4 meals a day rather than snacks. Sounds like a faff but it wasn't really as it was really a big lunch split over 2 sessions - just depended when she needed to nap as to what she got pre/post nap.
