tinned tuna

I'm making tuna pasta for dd2 tomorrow lunchtime and am confused as to whether DS (6months) can have it? I'm sure I always gave the girls tinned tuna from day one but a sheet from the HV says tuna isn't allowed until 9 months. NHS website doesn't say it's not allowed so am all confused! He'll happily eat anything even though weaning only started 10 days ago although i had forgotten how messy it is! Any thoughts? Thanks!

Yes it's ok. Just watch for any reactions
