I'm worried I've lost my way a bit with what my two year old eats as she wants to eat like her older sister! This is what she will be eating today, does this sound ok for a 2 year old? She is milk intolerant by the way.
Breakfast: porridge with almond milk, pure apple juice diluted 1:3 with water
Snack: sugar free squash to drink and a banana and an apple to eat
Lunch: cucumber, red pepper, potatoes, ham, boiled egg salad. Raisins for pudding. Pure Apple juice diluted 1:3 to drink.
Snack: a rich tea biscuit and almond milk mixed with chocolate nesquick powder to drink
Dinner: jacket potato and baked beans, pouch of fruit purée, pure Apple juice diluted 1:3 to drink
