My ds is 18 weeks but he is big baby and is always hungry, he wakes up three times at night for feeds and is restless. He can sit up with a little support. So my health visitor suggested that i could introduce a little solids.
My problem is i don't know how often do it, also he sleeps after a bath and a bottle feed at night. So if i give him solids and then bath him, he won't sleep. On the ohter hand if i do give him the bottle he won't drink it cause he had baby rice earlier on!!! vrey confusing. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Wait until 26 weeks for solids. Some Health Visitors still follow the old, outdated advice. He will get more calories from the milk, and it's all he needs for now. You're doing a great job, 3 times a night sounds pretty normal for 18 weeks xXx
