Tuna?

Any thoughts much appreciated. DD is 27 weeks. If she cant have Tuna, can I introuduce any fish? I read Plaice was a good one to start with.

Tuna is a fairly strong taste tbh. You could try it and see but if dd is only just being weaned then plaice or cod are fairly mild tastes and easy to mix with potato say.

agree with pp about tuna - try cod poached in milk and mixed with veggies. Plaice is another good one to start with as well. Add a dash of fresh orange juice to the plaice as well as it is yummy.

i gave dd tuna for the first time today, she's 7 months. she liked it, but then she likes everything so far. she had it in a sandwich with cheese.

Thanks for advice on Tuna. Have couple of books with differing viewpoints on when to introduce Tuna, so wanted to check on mumsnet first. May go with the plaice first and then go to Tuna later.
