We gave DS his lunch atFIL and Step MIL's today (oatcakes and cheese) and it was fab! I was worried they'd think it really odd that it's BLW not puree, and praying that DS wouldn't gag (which he does quite often, but i know he's fine, they would over react i think) Anyway, no gagging. They started out going ooh, we were always told never to give lumps, never mind chunks. 'ooh, he's got a big lump in his mouth' and i could see them tensing when he was eating, but he was happily munching away, so now they think BLW weaning is great and amazing!

And DS is having Xmas lunch tomorrow....but do i give the sprouts, that's the question?!

The question is, how weak will your stomach be the next day! BLW is great, we can all enjoy our Christmas dinner tomorrow, then off to mum for boxing day and can just all sit and eat the same!
