6 month old, just started introducing solids (literally first couple of days ), really robust little boy, showing g signs of readiness for ages etc, can hold things and put into mouth no bother - so i thought i would try fi ger food of slightly cooked carot (having tried and liked baby rice) - he held it but nearly choked himself he shoved it so far in - and then gummed a huge bit off and nearly choked. I nearly sh*t myself! How can you start off with finger foods safely? Or should i just stick to lumpy purees for a while?
