My DD is 8 months and absolutely loves her food. I have given her lots of different types of meat (chicken, beef, lamb, fish etc...) and she eats yoghurt & cheese so she gets plenty protein. I've heard that tofu is a really good source of protein too and I'd like to give her something non meat based sometimes. I did try her with a little bit when she was first on solids just mashed up with some veg purée and she ate it no problem. I bought a huge block because that's all I could get and cut it up into small portions to put in the freezer for her. I'm a bit stuck for ideas as to what to cook it with now though. It's not something I would cook for myself (don't like the texture of it!)
Any recipe ideas anyone would care to share?
