HELP - 11 months old won't take milk from bottle, beaker etc

My ds is 11 months and won't take milk from bottle or beaker. He will only take water from beaker and I am still breastfeeding in the evening before taking him to bed. But I really want to stop bf now and have no idea what to do about it. Have started to put cow's milk into cereal etc but think he needs more milk. What can I do? Any advice much appreciated!

Cheese sauce, milk puddings, rice pudding (home made), you'll think of plenty. Don't fret, he will be fine if you are careful. Get a good children's recipe book and it will jog your memory in to remembering all things that are calcium rich.
I wish I had never introduced my ds to a bottle of milk after bfing him for 13 months! You have done better than me!

Bramblina, thanks for that. But do you think it will be enough to add milk to his food or should he be drinking milk as well? Not sure how much they are supposed to take at this age?

They say they should be having about a pint of milk a day, including as a drink and in food, on cereals etc. But if he won't take it, don't get stressed as you will get yourself worked up. Once he forgets about breast milk he may take a different view. Don't worry. I did and insisted he had his bottles once I'd stopped feeding and now I regret introducing a botttle as he won't take milk form a cup.
Really, don't worry yourself. You can't measure breastmilk! We only measure cows milk because we can!Things will work themselves out soon.
