DD is in 21wks and I have started weaning. Could I puree Leeks for her. Seem to remember sister saying her two children loved them.

My DS (now 29 weeks) loves thick leak and potato soup which is really just boiled potato and leek mashed - it was one of the first 'family' meals we had together - though our soup had salt, pepper and stock cubes. When they get to the stage of eating dairy products you can always great a little cheese on top. Leeks on their own might be a bit stringy but with potato they are great and if your lo dosen't like it you can always eat it which is more than can be said for some purees.
