Reaction to baby porridge

I gave my 23week old ebf DD some baby porridge today & immediately after she finished it she started screaming & came out in a rash/spots on her face/neck. The spots went after a few hours & she's fed well since then. She's also had formula on 2 occasions before & the second time she came out in white spots all over her body which went after 15mins.
Could this be signs of an intolerance or allergy or just her reacting to something she's not had before?

Sounds like it could be a reaction to the milk? Or another ingredient? Take the box to your hv or gp.

This happened to my ds after formula top up when he was weeks old and mostly bf, he struggled to gain weight and had reflux, it transpired he was dairy intolerant.
