Egg bread is a winner. Omelette not so. Hard boiled ... New toy!

I'm a pretty competent cook.

She's 8 1/2 months, can do finger food and pincer fingers, but happy to take a spoon.

Egg fried rice

Soft boiled egg mashed with butter and soilders

Sweetcorn fritters. Make thick pancake/ Yorkshire pudding batter, grate in cheese and add tinned seeetcorn. Fry tablespoonfuls of the mixture in butter or oil. Drain on kitchen paper. (Ketchup for grown ups)
