Banana
Avocado
Laughing cow triangles

broccoli
courgette sticks
pasta
fish
mashed potato (if you don't mind the mess - just bake a potato and scrape out the insides)
pear
peach
melon
Breadstick (we careful though, most have a very high salt content as does laughing cow cheese but Waitrose LoveLife Calorie Controlled plain breadsticks have only 0.3g per stick)

Basically anything soft and easy to grab. Try and get in as many vegetables as possible, as early as possible. And avoid those darn smoothie pouches like the plague - you'll regret it later!!! says the lady with two very sweet toothed LOs

Apple slices, peeled and microwaved for 10 seconds so they are soft
Cooked or slightly overcooked carrot batons, green beans, sugarsnaps, broccoli (my son is still a big broccoli fiend)
Asparagus spears (dipped in egg if you like)
Breadsticks and hummous

If they won't eat anything else they'll usually eat cucumber batons and rice cakes!

That's what I learned with DS. Smile
