Traditional Weaning

I am following a traditional approach and was just wondering when I should introduce dairy, gluten and eggs to my baby's meals?

Also, when should finger food be introduced if following a traditional approach?

Anything from 6 months, nothing before ideally. Regardless of how you wean

Try to introduce one new food at a time so you can watch for allergy but they can have anything once ready (6 months+) apart from honey which you can introduce at 1 year, and whole nuts. There are some guidelines on nhs website but we gave fingerfood from the beginning.
