Water cup

Help please.
What cup do you use for water? Dd's been weaning for a couple of weeks now but won't drink any water at all. She enjoys dropping the cup on the floor & making a big bang (hearing impaired so actually not as annoying as you'd think) but it would be good if she actually drank eventually eventually!

We've always used the basic Tommy Tippee sippy cups. They're free flow so fine for teeth, if a bit messy to start with. Plastic backed bibs are a good idea.

They don't take much water to start with, particularly if your BF.

We use a free flow sippy cup. In the beginning I would hold it for dd, once she got the hang of it I would leave her to it. She still likes to fire her cup to the floor at 12 months although now it's accompanied by a loud "uh oh"!

Same simple Tommee Tippee cup. Usually hits the floor about 3 times per mealtime. Seems to be where he likes to keep it 'til he's ready for more sips. I started helping him with it for a few weeks/ months until he got the hang of how to hold it up to get the water. No biggie if your DD isn't drinking much. She'll get used to it. She's learning to drink as much as learning to eat

MAM 1st sippy cup. Has a soft spout which doesn't spill if she drops it. She also uses a Tommy Tippee one now.

We use an open cup - she just used to bite at any kind of teat / spout. It means you have to hold it but it gets them drinking. We started with a doidy cup (stupid name!) its slanted so that you don't have to tip it as far.
