what natural yoghurt or fromage frais do you use? See lots of low fat ones but didnt think you could use that for babies. Also, i bought some lo-salt veggie stock cubes - can i use these in cooking meals for ds who is 6 months?

TIA X

Hi. I gave my son Yeo Valley natural yogurt as it is (a) full fat, (b) organic, (c) live (lots of good bacteria), (d) comes in small pots and (e) you can get it in most places. He still eats it now and is 21 months. You can mix it with veg and fruit purees to make them smoother or give it on its own. Have fun!
Re. low salt veggie stock cubes. No idea. Never managed to find anything like that. I just made loads of things using Annabel Karmel's Baby and Toddler book. She tells you how to make your own stock. You can make a huge vat of it and then freeze it down to ice cubes until you need it. Hope that helps you xxx

Have a look at this. There's a link to some nice recipes too (for big people, not babies...)

Rachel's make a lovely greek yogurt that is plain, and very high fat. Tasty.

Nice on its own, or with a bit of mashed banana.
