Normal 7mo baby poop?

Sorry for asking this on here but I couldn't think of where else to ask.
DD is 7mo and has 2-3 solid meals a day (depending on how hungry she is). She also is formula fed and takes around 25-30oz formula per day.
I offer her water with solids and have tried to give in normal bottle and sippy cup (with valve removed) but she has no interest in drinking it. (She thinks it's a toy and loves to shake it and tip it everywhere...). I have also tried adding a tiny bit of pure orange juice to sweeten it up a bit but no luck.
Her poop has been softish but solid lumps for a while now. Doesn't seem to bother her at all but she does poop about 3 or 4 times on most days.
Just was kinda wondering today, is it normal for them to have more solid poop when on purees or should I do something about this?
If not normal, any suggestions except water?
Thanks!

Does she struggle at all? Have you tried some water rich foods like spears of broccoli or cauliflower, melon, jelly or soup?

How much bread is she having?

She has a bit of a sweet tooth and won't take broccoli or cauliflower yet. Must try melon again but she wouldn't eat it when I tried a few weeks ago, I think she probably would now. She doesn't have any bread but I tend to give her iron fortified baby porridge or ready brek for breakfast with fruit so I'll maybe give her Greek yoghurt instead for the next few days and see if it makes a difference? She's not struggling at all but there's been a big change over last few weeks since she's been eating more and I don't want it to get worse!

Could you try the broccolli as a finger food along with something you know she'll eat, that way you won't stress if she doesn't eat it.

Is she on first stage milk? If not, that might be the issue Smile

I have found poo has got more solid as we have progressed with weaning - basically more like adult poo (and smell to match, yuck!). It varies a lot depending what and how much he has eaten but I think what you are describing sounds normal. Poos are also often a few times a day here too.
