baby led weaning recipes

Hi all, I'm planning on doing baby led weaning with DD2. I didn't with DD1 for various reasons she eats perfectly fine now, she is 5.

Do any of you have any recipes you could share with me.

I try my best to home cook but I'm not the best at it, so easy things to do would be great. Oh and even better if I only have to cook one meal for the whole family (me, DH and 2 DD's)

You don't need any special recipes for BLW so I would just look on standard recipe sites like BBC Good Food or in cookbooks you already have and find some simple recipes that appeal to you, your DH and your DD1. Then just put a few chunky pieces of whatever you have in front of baby and leave her to it. Just watch the salt content.

Another option is to get the Baby Led Weaning cookbook as that has plenty of simple family recipes.

Boots do no salt stock cubes. I cook with these now, and we salt our adult portions of food but leave portions unsalted for blw lunch for baby. Smile They're a great buy. They taste fine tbh, no risk of things ending up over salted.
