Hi Aitch,
Have you sorted out BabyAitch's sleep now? I think my dd is having the same problems. Is it food related? I've tried all sorts but she wakes at about 11 / 12 and again at 4 / 5. I've been feeding her and she's gone back to sleep but would like to stop this! Am exhausted!
Thanks, Warty

Oh yes - forgot to say - sorry about posting this question here. Tried searching for your posts in sleep but didn't come up with anything. Am hoping you'll read this section though!

oh yes, it was a horrible stage but one that we got though, thank god.
funnily enough, yours are the same times that dd woke up, so we brought her tea forward to 4-ish (it's moved back to 5.30ish now) and started doing a dream feed at 10.30pm. if we forget and it gets to 11ish then hell mend us, she'll be up and playing for half the night.
is a dream feed one of the things you've tried?

well i've done the opposite, because i remembered your dd was having problems sleeping i fed mine at 3. then she started waking so i've moved it to 4:30 the last couple of afternoons thinking she wasn't getting enough food. last night it made no difference. i'll see what happens tonight. seems like she's definitely hungry though. i haven't tried reinstituting the dream feed because i seem to be doing it anyway. she sleeps in my bedroom and wakes up when i go to bed (no matter how quiet i am, she has food radar). here's hoping tonight is better... thanks
