Formula to cow's milk

DS has been on SMA red for the last 6 months. He's been OK'd to go onto cow's milk now as there are no allergy issues.
What's the best way to do it? Just swap, or start introducing a bit at a time in his formula bottles and increase each time? Or any other advice greatly appreciated!

I did it a bit at a time

6oz/1oz formula to milk, then
5oz/2oz
4oz/3oz

etc etc etc over a week or so and she went onto cows milk without any problems

i just swapped

warmed cows milk in micro, put it on cereal and stuff first then just into the beaker, dd's didnt seem to notice

Ooh - we already do the warmed milk on cereal bit. Hadn't thought of it like that np, thanks. He really enjoys it too. Might do a gradual introduction, for his tummy's sake (WHY is the pooeyness of baby's nappy in direct proportion to the severity of your hangover? )
