Did your lo sleep badly when first taking solids?

I'm getting paranoid about something disagreeing with her. 6 months, ebf before weaning - has been on solids 1 week. Sleep terrible last night, with a milky/curdled spit up and 2 poos.

She also has a cough but is recovering from a cold so my "food allergy paranoia" is going mad as I don't know if I'm ignoring something I shouldn't. Skin is clear. Poos look like bf poos with bits of carrot etc in.

She poos a bit more (of course, as she eats mainly of fruit/veg) at night. She also takes longer to settle initially and after I change her if she poos.

Is this normal? TBF up till last night it was less than 1 hr difference to usual, but last night she was dreadful.

We have given her dairy this week and she was ok, but yesterday I gave some formula in a sippy cup - might that have upset her? And how come if she can have cereal with powder milk in the ingredients just fine?

Yes sorry was a bit desperate for an answer and panicked I'd posted in the wrong bit. Will get this one removed.
