What foods can my 6 month old eat?

Pretty much anything (in appropriate size) except whole nuts, honey, raw fish/shellfish, salt and refined sugar.
Cows milk is ok as an ingredient but not a drink on its own.
Grapes and cherry tomatoes should be chopped to avoid choking.
Eggs should be cooked through as should meat.

If you have any allergies in your family, give certain foods on their own, then wait 3 days in case of reaction: peanut and/or other nut butter, cooked fish/shellfish, dairy products, wheat/gluten, eggs.

All good advice above. I'd also cut sausages lengthways.

Your baby should be able to eat pretty much what you have, just watch the salt and sugar. If you are having something like curry or chilli, you can always stir in some natural yoghurt to cool it down Smile
