Follow on milk or cows milk?

Just wanted some opinions on this as its all new to me.
My daughter is coming up to 1 and eating three meals a day and doing really well.
She has a bottle in the morning, 1 around 2pm and her last one at about 6pm.
Should I swap her to cows milk or is the follow on milk better? ð??³

I was told by my hv that there is absolutely no need for follow on milk. my two just went on to cows milk. they had it in food anyway so it wasnt a major transition for them Smile

Great thanks. Am I correct in thinking it has to be full fat milk? Do literally substitute it for formula. Should I phase it in?

Full fat cows milk - follow on milk is not necessary.

I do also give a multivitamin but DS' cereal is fortified vitamins and minerals.

Oh and I phased out the formula with the cows milk when i was getting near the end of the box.

I phased it in 1 feed at a time to give them time to get used to it. My 2 were down to only 2 milk feeds by the age of 1 anyway.

Thanks, yeah I think she will drop her 2pm feed soon too which will be handy!
