Fruit!!

My Los are 6 month and we have started weaning, just on the basic purees. But the fruit im buying is going off so quickly! Can you freeze fruit? Is it worth buying already frozen fruit and pureeing it.

Yes you can freeze fruit puree. Put it in the icecube-sized freezer containers (either actual ice cube trays or special weaning ones) and then you can just use what you need.

Pound shops often have good sized little pots to freeze fruit in. I'm prepping for weaning and found ikea and poundland superb.

Yes... I have been making stewing/pureeing fruit using some that day and freezing the rest for 4/5 days then trying a new fruit
