What is the best way to do this?
Dd is almost 6 mths and I have been weaning her very slowly since 21 weeks.
Now she has two tablespoons spoons of baby rice with
2 ozs of breastmilk and pureed fruit mixed in as she will not eat neat fruit puree.
For dinner she has veggies, i make my own and also use plum baby food pots (organic veg)i reuse the pots and she will eat a whole pot.
Would like to start on cheese and yogurts when i can but worried she may reast as i read reflux babies are more likely to be allergic to dairy.
Should I try formula first on her baby rice?
Be nice to do that rather then havibg to express every morning.
When should I introduce lunch? She seems quite happy right now so I am happy to go along like this for now.
