What are your best ideas for quick-but-nutritious, please?
My current fave is chunks from a jar of Ortiz or other (stupidly expensive but healthy) tuna, it comes out in chip- sized pieces perfect for more advanced baby-led weaning, and that plus a pile of steamed broccoli is a huge hit in our house. Some Greek yoghurt and chopped grapes for dessert, and there is a nutritionally good meal, and I am officially a good parent
