Genius toddler meals

What are your best ideas for quick-but-nutritious, please?

My current fave is chunks from a jar of Ortiz or other (stupidly expensive but healthy) tuna, it comes out in chip- sized pieces perfect for more advanced baby-led weaning, and that plus a pile of steamed broccoli is a huge hit in our house. Some Greek yoghurt and chopped grapes for dessert, and there is a nutritionally good meal, and I am officially a good parent Grin

Boiled egg (cook a few at once and they'll keep for a week)
Defrosted frozen prawns
DD loves frozen sweetcorn as is! I've tried them and they soften and warm up in the mouth.
Ready cooked chicken pieces
Hummus
Nut butters - use as a spread or with a spoon, I get salt free ones from holland and barrett

DD also used to like black pudding, easy to slice off a couple of pieces and quickly fry and very iron rich and high in fat (watch out for the salt though)

Ooh, some good ideas there! DD is only just able to eat eggs now (used to have a reaction previously) so hard-boiled eggs are a great one. I wish I could get her to like hommous, that would be the best quick supper with breadsticks or vegetable sticks Smile
