DD is 10 months old, eats very well, mostly eats what we have. Up until about a week and a half ago, on a weekday she'd have
A bowl of porridge/Weetabix
7oz milk
A cooked meal at lunch time in nursery, things like lasagne, casseroles, roast pork etc, with something like jelly etc for pudding.
5oz milk
A snack at nursery like a fruit muffin, beans and bread etc (only sometimes, if we couldnt pick her up before 5)
Some little sandwiches at home, with a yoghurt or a baby biscotti and some chopped fruit
7oz milk before bed.
Weekends she'd have similar, but the cooked meal would be at tea time and the sandwiches for lunch, with the afternoon snack being just fruit, or a couple of apple rice cakes.
She'd eat/drink it all, so good stuff (so we thought).
Last two weeks she hasn't wanted milk, but she's still loving her solids. I thought they had to stay having milk until they were a year old, but she's quite happy to just eat solids by the looks of things. She loves drinking water, and we have some vitamin drops to give her but haven't given her any so far.
Is this normal? Is she deciding she doesn't want milk anymore? Do we need to try and push it more (she really isn't having any of it), is there anything we need to be doing?
