When to increase solid meals

Have just started weaning my DD at 20 weeks on advice of our paedeatrician and she is taking to it really well. Have started with tea and then breakfast. From your experience is it best to increase solids at one meal (she's only had an ice cube size portion per meal so far but would take more) or to add another meal if she wants it? She seems hungrier than ever for milk so far. Want to do the right thing and not overload her system but want to be guided by her too.
