Refusing bedtime bottle

My dd is 12.5 months and has never been an avid milk drinker. We are currently mixing the formula and cows milk as she hates the cows milk. For the last two weeks she has point blank refused her bedtime milk - This seems too early to me for her to drop the bedtime bottle but I'm not too worried as she's having a drink of water and sleeping right through. She has 6-8 oz milk in the morning and 3-4 oz on breakfast plus I give her plenty of cheese, yogurt and cheese sauces. Should I be worried about her not having a bedtime bottle?
Also I'm reluctant to give her the morning milk from a cup as I know she'll drink less and I don't feel I can afford for her to be drinking any less than she is at the moment - what do people think?

dd is a bit strange about milk too.

we just stick to the same routine every night of bath, dressed for bed, story and milk, up to bed. some night she drinks it all and wants more (we only give 4oz bottle even at 2o months) other nights she won't touch it. we've tried not to make an issue of it and just make sure she has plenty other calcium foods. at 14 months the i mentioned it to the doctor at a checkup and she wasn't at all concerned.
