fish not advised before 8 months

cabbage & beans gave DD tummy ache even when she was a bit older...the more fibrous and hard to digest foods can be too much for little tummies

have you tried butternut squash....peas...banana...dried apricot...all appropriately cooked and pureeed.

celery....need to remove as much of the stringy bits as you can!

annabel karmel book has good suggestions !

I thought fish was ok and recommended as one of the good first weaning foods? I have been feeding DS 6.5 months fish pie to no ill effects, although I haven't tried tuna.
