Frozen fish - freezing batches afterwards?

Sorry, this is a really basic question but if you use frozen fish (ie fish pie mix), can I then freeze up batches of fish pie or whatever I make with it after?

I know normally frozen can't be refrozen but just thought it might be different for products already bought frozen.

As I'm writing this I'm thinking it sounds silly and very unlikely - but would make my life a lot easier if it were possible! Thanks

Yes, I believe it's fine as it's been frozen raw and then you're going to cook it before freezing again.

its the same with all foods. If it was frozen when it was raw then it can be re-frozen once cooked
