14 month old routine......need advice

i read that between 1 and 2 years it's a good idea to reduce the bedtime drink so it's easier to get them to go through the night when potty training.....and it makes sense as ds currently has a 9oz bottle at bedtime, so has a very wet nappy in the morning.
i've decided i need to tackle this properly, from an informed and well thought perspective. so has anyone got any advice on how to do it without disrupting him too much.

also at a bit of a standstill with his daily food. if i give him sandwiches he takes the bread apart and eats the filling. we try to sit at the table together to eat (only just been able to do this) and it worked the first few times, with him sharing our food quite happily. but he's stopped taking part and i'm wondering if it's time to take him out of his high chair and onto a booster seat so he feels like he's sitting at the table with us. at the moment he just shakes his head and throws his food on the floor. he's a very boisterous little chap so i'm not worried that he's going to waste away, but i want to be able to deal with this without making it an issue.

Hadn't even thought of that Queenrollo, will follow your thread and steal all the advice you get!

As for the feeding, ds is a bit like this too, I think it's quite normal, and that they do reduce the amount they eat when they're toddlers.
