Oat milk in cereal for 6 mo???

In a last ditch attempt to do something about my sick baby (not in discomfort and on ranitidine and domperidone - neither of which are working wonders) I'm going dairy-free and taking him with me. Weaning is going well, but was wondering about milk for his porridge/cereal. I'm too lazy to express, can I use almond or oat milk in small amounts on his porridge?

I'm reading a weaning book at the moment which lists oat milk as a suitable substitute for cows milk Smile

Brilliant. Thank you - what's the book? Could do with some help with the whole thing

Try almond milk too, that's what we've always used.

It's called baby led weaning step by step by Julie Clarke.

DS is only 4.5 months so I've not even started weaning yet but I'm doing my research now! I'm a bit worried about the whole thing tbh.
