guinea fowl stock!

I'm going to start my 6 and half month dd on chicken tomorrow, but I forgot the casserole recipe requires chicken stock. We're having a guinea fowl tonight. Could I make her stock from that or not?

can't see any reason why not. you'd need a lot of carcasses, though. and i know this is a stupid question, but were they shot? if so, you'd have to be careful about pellets and drain the stock carefully.
