Eggs & bad reaction

On the OK of my HV I gave my DS fish pie with hardboiled egg in & he was fine, then a few days later gave him a cheese & tomato omlette but a few hours later he was sick. I wasn't sure whether it was the eggs that made him sick but didn't try them again for a while until last night when he had scrambled egg but a few hours later during his bottle he vomited everywhere & it was definitely the egg coming back up.
Is this a reaction to eggs or do you think it was just too rich? He's fine with everything else I give him including creamy foods, stronger flavours like garlic & onion. I won't be giving him omlettes/scrambled eggs again but I don't know whether to avoid all egg products? Any ideas?
THanks in advance

i don't think you're supposed to give them egg until 1 year, so perhaps lay off the egg for a while...

lechatnoir, I thought you'd be interested to read this link. It more or less answers your question.

From a personal perspective, I remember my son didn't take at all well to eggs until he was around 11 months and then was fine.

Many thanks & particularly for the helpful link. TBH I was unsure about eggs so young but my HV told me it was fine . I certainly steer clear for a good few months.
