Ideas for wheat first tastes?

My HV suggested I give my dd some wheat now. At the moment I making my own vegetable purées. What can I give as get first taste of wheat? TIA

Weetabix is good if you want to stick to smooth food. Fingers of toast and pasta twirls are good finger foods.

if she is over 6 months then weetabix, toast, pasta would all be suitable

Agree with power, if he's over 6 months he can have most things. How about trying him with a Yorkshire pudding, some cheese straws or eggy bread? If you don't feel confident offering finger food try weetabix Smile
