12mo not eating - driving me slightly crazy!

DD has stopped eating, again. Happens every time she gets a tooth, but it lasts quite a while - maybe 10 days or so. So we have 2-3 weeks of good eating, then 2 weeks of being super fussy, refusing almost everything. She has 8 teeth, it's been like that since 6mo, so around half her life since weaning. I know eventually she'll start eating again, and I try not to get stressed but it makes mealtimes so miserable. For both of us!

Tonight she nibbled at 2 square inches of rice cake with Philadelphia, a tiny slice of cheddar, a mouthful of stew and a bite of banana. It mostly makes her cry so it must be uncomfortable poor thing. Then she had about 9oz of milk before bed so she is starving! I'm just venting really, I shouldn't let it stress me out but it does worry me when she's had nowt but scraps and milk for a week Sad

What about more food that requires less chewing?
Yogurts, fruit purée, porridge/wheatabix, soup? I know purée at this age is perhaps not ideal but the occasional meal won't do any harm and might give you more peace of mind.

Yup, yoghurt, petit filous, yoghurt / purée in sucky pouches, avocado, soft veg, and a dozen other things! Sometimes she'll have some, sometimes you'll be hard pushed to get a spoon near her mouth... Sigh... She will reliably eat a few cubes of salad feta and these tiny crunchy Ella's kitchen nibble things. Aargh! I've kept her on formula (2-3 per day) so she gets some vitamins in.
