As easy as porridge?

DS 9mo usually eats breakfast ( provided by me ) at nursery. Usually we have porridge with some sort of fruit mush, and toast if he is lucky.

Is there anything else apart from Weetabix that I can make at home and give the nursery?

What we call cold porridge, but really bircher type muesli. Basically soak porridge oats in milk overnight. Stir in fruit in the morning. You can grate apple in too.

Shreddies, mini shredded wheat go 'nice' and soggy with milk.
