Good meal ideas for two-toothed 11mo?

We weaned dd via an AK-ish route. She eats a wide selection of flavours and is happy with textures/lumps/etc. she's ok but not great with finger foods.

I refuse now to cook only for her (AK no more!) so she's eating what we eat but I'm adjusting slat contents, etc. I've also stopped wazzing stuff up as I'd rather she didn't just eat purees. Only thing is that this takes longer than wazzing. Sh only has two teeth so can't chomp through big chunks of meat. I squish big bits of veg with the back of a fork and shread meat.

I'd like some more inspiration of meals. Currently I do spag Bol, mild chilli, lasagna, chicken & chorizo casserole, mince & potatoes, baked potatoes and toppings, home made soup. Any more ideas? I'm struggling to think of similar things that aren't too salty....

Sweet and sour chicken. Lamb tagine. Anything with noodles. Risotto

I’d invest in a slow cooker if you don’t have one already, any kind of casserole can be chucked in and the meat goes very, very soft.

Falafels, very mild vegetable curry, cottage pie, fish pie, quiche
