Just that really. DD is 2.5 and I have tried several brands/methods of giving her vitamins, all to no avail. The only thing I manage to get into her are vitamin D drop which are tasteless and I can mix with her food. Just wondering am I missing some foolproof method of getting them into her? Is she alone in her vitamin refusal?

I have been diagnosed with P.Anaemia with low iron and Vit D so kids have to be tested now. We used to live in UK (London & South Yorks) and the DC's levels were perfectly fine.

You do not need to take Vitamins constantly to keep a healthy level, that why vitiamins such as iron are only prescriped for 3-6 months at a time. In fact too much Vit D can also encourage calcium to be removed, so if you take Vit D be sure to research Magnesium as it plays a more important role. All complicated stuff vitamins Grin who knew!
