I think food wise she's doing well: 3 meals a day with porridge in morning, lunch and dinner mix of finger foods like rice cakes with cream cheese and roughly mashed home made veg/pulse/chicken mixes + fruit and plain yoghurt once- twice a day. She was ebf until last few weeks when we have started bottles of formula as I'm going back to work. We have also been sleep training as she was snacking (bf) all night. So now she's gone from multiple breast feeds a day/night to only morning and evening bf (and oc extra in 'emergency/too lazy to give bottle situations) + 2-3 bottles (of around 7 oz) So sometimes only 4 milk feeds a day in total. This doesn't seem like very much.......advice please...... thanks

Sounds fine to me. Most bottle fed babies will be on 3, maybe 4 bottles a day at this point. They need around 20oz a day if exclusively formula fed.

That's definitely fine my 9.5 month old was on 4-5 bottles at 8 months and she's now having 3-4 Smile

Thanks guys, it's just such a difference to 4 weeks ago but we were very wimpy about sleep training so I'm sure she didn't actually need to snack (bf) as much as she was.
