DH and I are worried we're overfeeding our poor LO. What do your 7 month old a babies eat daily?

Today he had

Egg yolk, toast with butter
Salmon with broc, carrot and butternut purée
Lentil veg purée and melon fingers
5 breastfeeds

Sounds absolutely fine!

Apparently up until the age of around one, babies will generally only eat as much as they need, so as long as you're not force-feeding when DS indicates he's had enough, then it really isn't an issue how much he eats at this stage. (From the sound of the menu, it's pretty healthy, varied food too).
