6 month's plus milk ... advice/experiences

originally bf but reflux problems made me change to reflux formula.

To attempt to cut a long story short my lg is now nearly 9 months since weaning we hardly have any sickness. have given her a few ready made bottles of normal formula which she has kept down which is great so thinking of swapping her over to normal formula now as reflux is very thick and causes constipation issues in which she has to have lactulose everyday for!

Shall I put her on normal formula or shall I put her on the follow on milk for 6 months plus??

Follow on isn't necessary, you can use first formula. However some people swap to follow on as you can get points and special offers on it unlike the first milk. My understanding is that there is more iron in the follow on milk, which might be an issue from the constipation point of view.

Agree with pp. The nhs only recommend first formula.
