my 14mo's reflux is alot better than it used to be but ive recently started giving him tropicana orange watered down because thats the only way he will drink out of his beaker, if its water or milk he refuses.. lately hes been being sick alot more than usual could it be the orange juice setting off his reflux? google gives mixed answers

I think it's very difficult to give any definite advice about reflux, what's fine for 1 child isn't for another. Anything acid irritated my dd's reflux and made her worse. We avoided fruit generally until dd was 3 ish when luckily she improved a lot.

She's 7 now and can eat / drink anything.

I had difficulty getting dd to drink , sometimes I put a drop of vanilla essence or a teaspoon of cocoa powder in her milk, she loved that.
